In firefox, when I get flood control and hit back i have to refresh before i can hit post. But tested again in opera and it works normally (I can post when i hit back)

download opera and see
its a start page with 9 boxes that you add your commonly visited pages onto then just click when you open opera

easier than 2 clicks to open a bookmark

I don't actually use the history thing if thats what you mean.
I use the part of the address bar that remembers your most visited sites.

I actually disable all memory features on my computer
