Our neighbors, the prudlows, had this tree in their yard that last summer
during a thunderstorm fell onto our garage and driveway. but the dead
trunk is still left and big enough to damage our property. so my mom
wrote them a letter asking to cut it down because if she does that then if
it falls we arent responsible like we "were" the first time.

the neighbors hired some tree service and one guy was on the tree cutting
part of it down but something happened and he fell off onto our yard, the
piece of the trunk falling on top of him.

my mom says that she heard a crash and then screaming from the co-workers
yelling "he isnt breathing! call 911" so she does and now theres a bunch
of police and ambulance people in our yard and helicopters hovering over
our house.

the worker is dead and my mom feels awful for writing the letter
