are you implying that only one person who needs quest can abandon quest, rejoin, and come back to same instance? even without a summoner?

Simplicity with a Summoner
1. Get to tower of london with a player who still needs to do the quest.
2. Kill the boss as you would and grab drops.
3. Have Summoner use bloodlink/afterlife to clear the boss's body.
4. Have the person with the open quest set a prd to town.
5. Person with the quest party portal back. (The boss respawns at this point)
6. Repeat steps 2-5 until satisfied.

*note i suggest setting 1 prd and pping back so as to save time and not waste all your prds.

then they must have fixed the prd bug where before you could not change instance and have your prd work. I just factored that out as not possible.
