played 5 games yesterday

they definitely improved upon mlb 2k8. Commentary is better, graphics, better, and game just looks more real.

more importantly, controls feel more realistic and allow you to react quickly. i played on pro mode and won each game by 5 or more runs. probably will move up to all star difficulty soon

the batting system - great.
the fielding system - great in theory but players make too many errors and stupid fuck plays sometimes, poor programming
baserunning - awful, i cant steal a base no matter what, and get into pickles really easy and stupidly

They released a patch to fix the fielding errors and base stealing is eazy u just lead off two times then hold it the third time let go of the button when the pitcher starts his motion tap y well running and use a head first slide.
