I don't know if it's stolen or not, but it's a brand new XBox 360 in a box for ~ $100

It could just be broken, in which case you could return it to Microsoft for a brand new one if it's under warranty at all.
If it's just straight stolen then it's probably some crackhead that needs a fix asap and you should buy it
