My best friend recently got a job with me at the club, and yesterday he told me that on several occasions, the crackhead dishwasher has expressed feelings to kill himself. This was later confirmed by the Sous Chef and the General Manager.

His family has a history of drug use, including one of his brothers dying at a place of employment while trying to get high off of the freon in the air conditioner pipes.

I am not ISO any Omaha, NE shit at work. Then again, I am also considering leaving little notes here and there by the dishwasher that say "Kill yourself", maybe on a plate written in ketchup.
