cheap meat is the best. i found a deal at giant eagle -> 1.3 lbs of steak for 6 bucks, buy one get one free. So i get almost 3 lbs of steak for like 6 bucks... amazing

We dont eat much meat that was a bag of chicken tits and 2 cans of chunk chicken for soup....wifes a vegitarian whcih pretty much makes me a vegetarian but I do love a good burger

Stop&Shop will have a $5-6/lb cut of London Broil on sale for under $2/lb occasionally, I usually buy 10-15 pounds and stock up my freezer.

Starbucks burns their coffee, almost as badly as Gevalia. Coffee shouldn't be bitter, you should be able to taste the fruity flavor of the coffee bean, but just the charred remains of it.

yes. all coffee roasters over-roast their coffee. I generally buy beans from boutique roasters online, who never ever over-roast, and they are as fresh as can be. But starbucks is the best coffee house unless they roast in-house/buy from people who roast per order.

we don't have shit for concerts here. occasionally we get a decent one at the armory, but the place sucks for accoustics. portland has some great smaller venues. otherwise it is off to seattle. and no iso driving 4 hours.
