I have been reading about it and I think I am going to start taking creatine supplements before workouts.

I need thoughts from people that have used it, does it really help mass and stamina?

doesnt change MUCH
and it give a lot of water to ur body, so u will look + in shape

i used it, stoped for a while, and i'm starting again

I take it.
It makes you retain water weight, will will you you do heaver weight, or do more reps, so it intern helps you grow.

i always drink a lot fo water m8

i live in south america :donno:

even w/o drinking when i workout i drink almost 1 liter of water

well, like 500 ML of water and 250 +- ML of Malton

Malton is a corboidrate thing etc

i love water so thats not a problem..

so drinking alot of water + recommended dose of creatine daily would be ok?

first 1-2 wekks u take 20 Grams of creatine

then 5 a day


those 20 grams need be morning 5 medday 5 4-6 PM 5 grams then at night 5 grams


just for the first weeks, so ur body "acostuma"
