going to go ahead and assume these two teams will face-off in the next round. i know the hawks vs magic hasn't even started but ...

any takers on my cavs vs your magic? bet is on the series as a whole, not on any individual games. if any of these two teams doesn't advance to play in that round, the bet is null & void.

betting an enticing 316.05 fps on this.

it's hard to tell which celtics team we'll see facing off against the cavs, but i don't think it matters. if lebron is healthy, i don't see the cavs winning the series.

typo or censored, i meant to say i don't see the celts winning the series. i've been thinking the cavs will win the championship since day 1 of the season. the trades this year just sort of beefed up the probabilities. if the celts win, i'll be surprised. it's within the realm of possibility just because of how good the celts are, but i would say i'm 90% sure the cavs will win.

reggie miller had the ugliest/most accurate shot ever and he is right about lebron
i think reggie miller has eagle eyes, he sees stuff that refs miss all the time

lebron is clearly hurting, otherwise he wouldn't keep going to his left and missing easy lay-ups
not sure why he has been missing so many, you'd think he would've worked on his left a little...

Reggie Miller's shot was fucking awesome. He had the sickest release of any player in history. His form was so amazingly disciplined.

in a sideways, hands crossed over kind of way. his form was ugly as hell but i give him credit for being consistent about it. elbows out with crossed hands on release is often beaten out of people before they reach hs. i hafta credit repetition and eagle-like eyes for his shooting %. btw his sister was a p good shooter in her time.

also i should acknowledge that the cavs got spanked last n8. rondo played a great game. i agree when miller says that rondo is the best celtics player this year.

I still think Bron did not like right last night and its gotta be the right arm. He passed up a few shots he takes without hesitation otherwise and only shot 3 shots from outside of 15 feet.

confirmed your confirmation

lebrah needs to either get the arm fixed and rest or produce like game 1. last n8 he helped on defense but he was otherwise semi-useless. i'm guessing he wanted to play things out with the hope that his arm would feel better as the game went on. he's a beast and he's tough, but if he doesn't get better soon the cavs might be taking an unexpectedly early exit. it's a totally different series if hes healthy but the celts are right to smell blood and go for the kill. the celts have a lot of heart. they're lippy, rough etc but they have hearts like lions. lebron has a sabertoothed heart but he might be sotl. i think he would do well to stick with the cavs next year.

if he goes to ny it would be a huge endorsement move
for the 7 minutes before he would regret it because he actually likes to win

the cavs can win a championship, and not many great teams could take him on

maybe the mavs could extend their cap again with moneybags at the helm (inb4heragequitsafterfailure#75)
maybe the thunder could get some money (they're under the cap atm, they have a HUGE future, all they need is more $)

i can't see him going anywhere that doesn't have a go-to all-star level center or power fwd and some good permimter shooters

i will pray every night that somehow he joins the nashettes

Steve Nash and Lebron would be a very scary combo.

With Dantoni in NY he would put up numbers so sick and get help instantly because who the hell would not want to be playing in a up tempo system with the best player in the game in the biggest market where endorsements would come super easy.

shhh he might hear you.
i don't want him getting any ideas. i hope he thinks of it in terms of having to play with david west and being bored b/c of how bad they suck atm.

btw yes nash and lebron would be SICK. and actually amare would fit into that mix really well, since he can move but he can also play with power. and grant hill... meh if lebron went to the suns next year it'd be sick, but i don't think it's on his agenda. tbh i think that if he swapped teams, chicago might be his best choice IF they can get a shooter to go with him. not mo williams.

yes i did
same basic name, same basic semi-all-star level of play. i like lee better in the post.

i don't like the momentum the magic have right now. im worried vince carter will turn into a man and get a 45 point game now and then feel all confident going deep into the playoffs. i hope he'll remember his shitty shot for the raptors vs philly if he plays the cavs.
