The fact that something that determines so much of a players validity in a sport was handled so unprofessionally is the bigger problem.

The bottom line is they could prove that the sample was in violation of MLB policy, but they can't prove the sample was Ryan Braun's because it blatantly didn't follow guidelines and could of been tainted. And they backed down from a DNA test.
