we were standing there, and his van pulls up. we get out of the way, and he gets out and ties his shoe. he then walks up to an old umpire friend of his, bullshits for a minute. in that time, my step-dad and his cardinal jersey go up to him and when he is finished he says "hello mr jenkins". fergie sizes him up, looks at the jersey, ponders for a second, and says "cardinal fan, huh." then walks away from him without a word or glance back, or even a smirk.

fergie jenkins rep cant be topped. cubbie for life.

was an awesome time, got to be a kid for a day again, that museum was great and could have spent another 5 hours there reading everything.

I am taking my kids baseball team up to play a tournament there next year I think. If it doesnt owrk out we are going up to visit...fix your links dammit i want to check out the pics
