I see quite a few on newegg. Anyone here have a decent one they would recommend? Not looking to spend much over $50, though I could be talked into it quite easily :B.

also, if I get a usb set, will I be able to direct vent for example to the headset and have the game run through the speakers?

get a stand mic

umm, I had one and it was too much back background noice due to the mic sitting less than a foot away from speakers.

plus just seems easier with headset.
