top set = where you will find most of your gear upgrades
bottom set = where you can be k with your current setup

top graph says
bobdave gets upgrades from heroics
stoya and zerkcies get upgrades from mid 10 man naxx, sarth
serpentskirt gets upgrades from 25 man naxx/sarth, malygos 10
smocked and sticknywait get upgrades from malygos 25


bottom graph says
bobdaves gear is good to perform in early 10 man naxx/sarth
stoya and zerkcies gear is good to perform in early 25 man naxx/sarth
serpentskirt, smocked, sticknywait gear is good to perform anywhere
