highlights for my reference

Priest (Skills List / Talent + Glyph Calc.)
Divine Spirit – this spell is now a core ability available to all priests.
Discipline has access to a new talent, Power Word: Barrier. (Think of it as Power Word: Shield for your whole group).
Several area of effect (AOE) heal spells have been improved: Prayer of Healing can be cast on any groups in your raid party. Holy Nova’s mana cost has been reduced. Circle of Healing now heals for more.
Shadow priest PvP survivability has been improved: Shadow Form now reduces magic as well as physical damage. Dispersion now removes snares.
Penance – this spell can now be targeted on the priest.
Serendipity – this talent now reduces the cast time of Greater Heal and Prayer of Healing when Binding Heal or Flash Heal are cast.
We are also working to give Holy additional PvP utility.

im sticking with it though, im sure it will be just some of the dots that are reduced since open wounds wont get the modifiers

what

the only thing they fixed was that deep wounds was scaling very incorrectly in certain fights because of the damage buffs
like warriors doing 15k dps on thaddius

1.) The weapon damage got all the modifiers (Enrage or Death wish, Two handed spec.)
2.) Then the bleed got those same modifiers (Enrage/Death+Two handed spec).
This is the change we made: Number 2 will no longer happen. Instead Deep Wounds will just be a percentage of the damage calculated in number 1. (Source)

essentially deep wounds (what i called dots cuz its dots) will not get the modifiers to dmg.
all i said wrong was i called it open wounds cuz i think of it as that

I don't want to ninja a rogue thread, but the buffs to demons went beyond fixes to scaling problems. The Infernal and Doom Guard were already scaling correctly, and even they went up. I was mostly joking with my comment anyway. And yes, more love for locks in 3.1. Stay tuned. (Source)

They're nerfing daggers whether it be used PVP or PVE, their buffing every other spec.

Upcoming Hunter Changes:

*
Consumable ammunition has been removed from the game. Arrows and bullets no longer stack, but are not consumed. Ranged attack speed bonus gained from quivers and ammo bags will be preserved in a different capacity.
*
A new tier of hunter pet talents have been added. In particular, this allows Beastmaster hunters to improve their damage per second (DPS) with their 51 point talent.
*
Hunting Party – this talent has been reduced to 3 ranks and also grants a passive bonus to the hunter.
*
Piercing Shots – this talent has been changed. Your Aimed, Steady and Chimera Shots cause the target to bleed for 10/20/30% of damage dealt for 8 sec.
*
Sniper Training – this talent has been changed. After standing still for 6 sec, you gain a 2/4/6% damage bonus to Steady, Aimed and Explosive Shot.
*
We are also looking to add additional trap functionality to Survival.

as an engineer im kinda pissed about ammo, hopefully they give eng more functionality in general

I was the one who suggested the new tier, hopefully they arent doing something stupid like making it nothing but dps. They need to add REAL tanking functionality to tenacity.

sucks for leatherworkers too, but i'm glad i will finally get an extra bag slot :D

i'm sure the extra tier of pet skills will be different for each pet class so tenacity will probably get another tank thing

but they'll also definitely put dps skills in there to make that exotic pet worthwhile
