if you plan on pvping within the next month or so, yes
if you are having trouble upgrading a certain piece of gear and theres a pvp alternate available, yes
otherwise no, just buy the trinket then save up for when season 6 starts and you can buy deadly/furious gear with honor
but theres also nothing wrong with using previous season stuff (hateful) once the next season starts, if you think youll have excess honor again
