fury isnt really getting nerfed, its getting fixed

and arms is getting buffed closer to its level so they are both viable

yes, i know they are removing the duel application of buffs from deep wounds
just saying ty for not doing it yet
fun to see 500 dmg tic away whilst waiting for next swing
