how do i go from unfriendly to neutral for the Cenarion Circle??

i killed some guy during lunar festival and killed some guards by accident

and joe did the same thing
level 78 ally mage or something attacked our m8s when we were doing a horde/ally combined Omen kill
nick and joe got raged and went into lunar town and attacked the mage then killed 3 guards
