Void reaver and high astro should be no problem
al'ar could be a bit tricky
kael thas is where the problem comes in when trying to reduce the size of the raid as much as possible
mind control and the chaotic mess of adds in the fight is the biggest concern
at 80 we would probably resist mind control reliably if its possible to resist it at all
but in a group of, say 10 people, 3 were MC'd, after going through the first half of the fight, it could wipe us out, and even moreso if we went with less than 10
i want to be able to kill high king in gruuls easily with our group, we can do it, it just takes coordination
if we can do that with ease, adding in another tank, another healer and maybe 1-2 more dps we should be good to go for kael

getting down to the actual strat though, assuming everyone is online at the same time (which understandably wont be the case)
nick MTing and ben OT is enough for the physical aspect of the fight
bobdave can do the warlock resist tanking for the adds
if the tank/heals are sustainable throughout, we just need to make sure we have enough dpsers and that they are all alive to phase 4 so we can get his shield down before he pyroblasts the shit out of the MT (which might even be able to be mitigated and just tanked through @ 80, dunno)

tl:dr; do gruuls, its easy, once we do that we can start thinking about TK
or we recruit a ton of pugs and do 15 man runs of TK without problems
ninja looting mount should it drop comes to mind
