mitigation and block will be low but youll be able to do heroics with some good heals

first priority would be to get 2x blue defense rings
theres 3-4 different rings ilvl 200 from random bosses in heroics, not sure any particulars but if you browse around some dungeon loot im sure youll see one

and a new shield, either h COS or badges
but get the badge trinket + neck/boots first
