No that was when we couldn't even do heroics properly or 10 mans. Plus at the moment my time is very limited and it's nice not sitting in town to put together pugs for hours or waiting on m8s that never show.

well it is an interview for a competetive slot in a serious raiding guild

think about the situation like you would if it was at your job. i've been on the other end of these applications, and it's not really about talking down/juding people, it's making sure they are 100% qualified.
