There isn't any official confirmation yet but the patch is now available on Blizzard download servers and it's only a matter of hours before we see a message from them.

actually i didnt really do that

i started raiding in DKI doing kara, then moved to another guild in gorgonnash who was doing gruul/mag

then left servers to join a hyjal/bt guild and raided through naxx

then left again to join a guild who has sarth 3d on farm

i hopped to the top

so they give me more str and red dmg. hope it ends up being a wash. fuck going arms imo.
btw, what is the 4/8/12/16/20? what provides those ranges?

nobody would go arms with fury so much better so they balanced it out
