When waiting for people to zone in, I check gear. If they are bad, they get the /kick.

When doing Emalon and we fail, I look at DPS, and then their gear again. If they are performing badly (died early, attacking the wrong add, etc.), they get the /kick.

I don't put these groups together, I usually join, and if there is any question at all that the Raid Leader sucks, I step in to "help".

can just tell whether its fail or not based on the time it takes group to assemble, the attitude of the raid chat, raid composition, and names/guilds of people in the group

i have your raiding nights to get my pugs in, by the time any of you dont raid i find myself doing things with you when possible and raids aint it

Our guild doesn't do VoA, we proelbay should for how quickly it would take and at least getting that free gear within the guild

Slowly getting better here. When I see 3 DK's & 3 Paladins over 30K health I immediately leave, or random people for some reason below 18k health fully raid buffed.

Raid chat & composition is a TOP DOG easy way to check it out. If there is any sort of whining going on in the raid chat, that's an immediate /leave.

There are now numerous people that I know are complete raid cancer and remove from the groups or have someone remove them if they are in the same PUG. Send them back to /2.

none of those things matter when i see vault possible one period a night for the most part (after dailies ocf), so yea
and im not privy to any spectacular groups when they do +drakes etc, and being the type that keeps to themself does not = being included
