every shield bash silences for 3 seconds, shield bash is a 10 second cooldown or something
spell reflect lasts 5 seconds and has a 10 second cooldown so basically you only have 1/2 time to cast unless you want one reflected

revenge has crazy ass multipliers and with all the built in CC, healers go down in a heartbeat

yea but if you want it to add up you need a healer to survive, if you want healers to go down in a heartbeat you need another burst
