Ulduar
Pure Saronite mining nodes have temporarily been disable in Ulduar and will return in the future.
The Ignis the Furnace Master encounter has received the following changes: The interrupt effect and duration of the damage from Flame Jets has been reduced, the damage from the Slag pot has been reduced, the number of Heat stacks needed to transform an Iron Construct into a Molten state has been reduced, the base melee damage done by Ignis has been reduced, and the damage bonus Ignis receives from Strength of the Creator has been slightly increased.
The Assault Bots on the Mimiron encounter will now attack faster, in turn they will do less damage per hit.
The XT-002 Deconstructor encounter has received the following changes: The duration of Tympanic Trantrum has been reduced, the timer for XT-002 to hit berserk has been increased, the damage of Light Bomb has been reduced, the effect radius of Light Bomb has been reduced, and the health of XM-024 Pummeler has been reduced.
The aggro radius for several trash mobs before General Vezax has been reduced and the health has been reduced on Void Beasts and Faceless Horrors.
The Kologarn encounter has received the following changes: The damage of Stone Grip has been reduced, the amount of time to break someone out from the right hand has been increased, the radius and damage of Rumble has been reduced, and the damage of Focused Eyebeam has been reduced.
The Assembly of Iron encounter has received the following changes: The damage of Rune of Death has been reduced, the damage of Chain Lightning has been reduced, and the damage of Lightning Whirl has been reduced.
Vault of Archavon
The Emalon encounter has received the following changes: The total health of the Tempest Minions has been reduced and Emalon’s Chain Lightning spell will now have a limit on the number of targets it can hit.

kinda-sorta-maybe like the change to vault
having emalon too difficult for 95% of pugs was probably overkill, it caused the social and lfg aspect of the raid to be so screwed because half the people automatically assume that emalon wont be done because hes too hard, the other half want to do him and only him because they dont need archavon, leading to
mediocre people want to do emalon
shitty people, or good people playing shitty gear alts, want to do archavon
now that its possible to pug emalon, groups will have to be specifically set on either emalon or just arch
hes still not going to be cake which means it still wont be free handouts to bad players, this just makes it a little more manageable to put it in the realm where its possible to be pugged if you plan the group accordingly

and i agree with ulduar nerfs, first bunch of bosses shouldnt be as hard as they all were originally
although a lot of the first bosses drop close to BiS loot, oh well, in 3.0 everyone who could pug naxx had BiS gear for no actual effort, so more of the same

Ignis was already nerfed, he shouldn't have been made easier. He is optional and drops many BiS tanking equipment.
I'm not sure I agree about the Emalon nerf, I wanted to fight him as a guild at full force, but our guild does not raid anything but Ulduar now.
The nerfs to Iron Council are also not needed, but I suppose that's because we spent 3 hours progressing that fight and clearing it.
The rest I can not yet say as I haven't faced them, although the guild has cleared some of them (last week). I think we could have easily (one night of progression) downed Kologarn without the nerfs.
tl;dr - Hard bosses are fun, stop making them easier.

i think if i set a goal for something reasonable like 10-15 quests per day, i can see it eventually getting done

the average pug is just bad and cant dump their share of the damage because they either click them too late, fail at damage dealing, or in most cases both

guys lets do some math
assuming you have 5 healers and 2 tanks so 18 dps
Old 25 emalon enraged add had 754000 health
/ 20 seconds before explode
/18 dps
= ~2095 dps per dpser
thats not counting damage done by offtank. mmkay. Even if everybody is laggy and cant get to the mob until the third stack of enrage thats still only ~3000 dps per person. And if people couldnt do that fully raidbuffed, why are they doing an ulduar 25 difficulty boss?
Now new emalon adds have 519000 health
/20 seconds to explode
/18 dps
= ~1442 dps per person
the fact that people dont do that much damage against a conquerer's difficulty encounter boggles the mind
