they raid most weeknights, seems to be (as far as i can tell) a bit random whether they go ulduar or naxxramas

its definitely not a serious raiding guild, the leaders seem eager just to help people get gear and teach them stuff, without really worrying if they are actually learning or know how to play in the first place

i think it would be perfect for you 2 months ago, not sure how your outlook on raiding and such has changed since you left

i lol'd when it dropped off the first trash mobs in spider wing in that terrrrrible naxx 25 GKP(LOL) run we did where we didnt even kill a boss

it also dropped off the first few trash pulls in the 25 i did with my warrior and joes guild, i didnt roll on it ofc, nn loot 5 mins after zoning in with first encounter with guild

I could probably lead a PUG, but I don't want to do that. I wish our guild had more time for raiding, as my schedule this summer has opened up considerably. I really want to continue working on older achievements: of the Nightfall, Undying, [etc] but our raid group doesn't seem to interested, unless I specifically make a post regarding it (which I probably will do soon).

I enjoy raiding now, and enjoy learning the fights with people who are also interested in learning the fights, so that we can get better at them. I am NN a guild that doesn't want to stay together and is not very consistent.

john is close, but we, and i mean everyone, wants to raid
its just we have many adults in the guild who can not commit to any single time or day weekly. so we do what we can with whats on every night.
the more on, the more we are going to do uld
we throw naxx in just to get people gear, yes. but we nearly never even have 25 for that

its not so much teaching people how to raid, but if the person is cool, chill, laid back, funny, whatever makes one cool, they are welcome and not ridiculed or kicked for missing nights

ill also say this
we have some of the coolest people in our guild, and by cool i mean people who are good natured, dont rage, and are quite skilled
it just so happens that john has been around when the couple of people who really dont know the fights are speaking and i think he thinks everyone is kinda like that

when the tank thinks the assembly of iron does plasma blast and causes ice to fall from the sky, it gives you the impression that he definitely should not be tanking

that was cure w/e, and he hadnt been on much. think hes a priest if i remember, and hes really nb himself
that was also the night our rogue logged into our tanks acct and gave a pretty good attempt being he'd never used a druid before

I've only heard one person get upset in our raid. The only reason I found out was because he made a post apologizing on the Guild forum, I thought it was a joke to be honest, it didn't seem like any sort of anger at all. It was a Tank IIRC.

Either way, our group has at least 4-6 couples that play together, with children. I am amongst the youngest members.

That settles it up for me though, no need to transfer back for possible raids. Everything else that I want to do in this game is where I miss my m8's, like ZG runs, old dungeons & raids, [etc]. But raid progression is fun and where it's at, I just have to be more involved with actually forcing the situation now to get things started for what I want to do (when it used to just be an idea we all decided we would do that night).
