chest from malygos is good until yogg 10 man or 25 chests are off spec

cloak from valor badges is good until whenever

shoulders from malygos are great, can pick up something for 4 piece when it comes to it

neck could use upgrading, using shadow with hit looks bad for hit, pulling the hard mode 10 thorim neck would be LOL, dual spec bis until icc

Nah, he just uses Adren Rush and Killing Spree together. Which is stupid since the duration of Killing Spree will waste a good amount of the energy regen since you're sitting at 100%.

he just uses absolutely every single offensive cooldown and skill as soon as humanly possible
not sure what happens if the person isnt dead by then, maybe stun or kick or something

i think i may have a screen shot on my old pc of my priest with his gladiator tag standing in durotar.

2 major styles
healing with renew
healing with flash heal

which to use depends on other healers and the encounter
renew is more effective when its hot ticks arent overheal
flash heal is more effective if other healers are likely to top the person off and they wont take any more damage

need to re-glyph also

still need more haste
spirit is starting to stack up

i bought the conquerors healing helm and socketing it with the proc mana restore meta, seems to help a lot
