shadow is getting a 20% MS, interesting but still not what we need to be viable in pvp

limiting devouring plague to 1 target at a time must mean they are removing the cooldown, which will make it much more convenient in pve

so execute does not take all my rage = cool, helps the last 20% ofc
beserker rage pmuch only a good pvp change, i dont see it helping much raiding outside of very specific times :donno:
bloodrage = about fucking time the final 10 is not a slow tick, just a str8 20. but not a real help in the dps, just a smoother start

shield block is nice, should help on the threat out of the shoot

tl;dr
if you have a level 80, your next character can learn northrend flying at 68 instead of 77
