proelbay wont be tanking hard modes with your gem/enchant setup, tanks need to gem for mitigation rather than raw stamina now

since when to tanks need to gem armor? uld is about cd use, not getting max dmg reduction

pretty sure they are looking for someone to be a possible replacement for him, to at least pressure him to not suck
