Okay, so instead of selling out the ore at a ridiculously high price, I decided that with the market value @ 200 Gold/stack of Titanium Ore, I was going to Prospect it to see the results. All prices are going to be priced at Auctioneer's current market value with 5% undercutting with uncut gems. Cutting the gems will most likely yield a significant increase in profit margin. The purpose of this experiment is to see whether or not the prospecting & cutting of Titanium Ore, is worth doing for the Titanium Powder's @ 10 Powder for each JC token (2 stacks of Powder per Epic cut).

These are my findings:

Powder:
124 Titanium Powder @ 40 Gold each = 4,960 Gold
Total Gold from Titanium Powder = 4,960 Gold

Epic Gems:
11 Ametrine (Orange) @ 95 Gold each = 1,045 Gold
10 Eye of Zul (Green) @ 85 Gold each = 850 Gold
9 Dreadstone (Purple) @ 170 Gold each = 1,530 Gold
6 Majestic Zircon (Blue) @ 140 Gold each = 840 Gold
5 King's Amber (Yellow) @ 155 Gold each = 775 Gold
4 Cardinal Ruby (Red) @ 160 Gold each = 640 Gold
Total Gold from uncut Epic Gems = 5,680

Rare Gems:
10 Forest Emerald (Green) @ 13 Gold each = 130 Gold
8 Autumn's Glow (Yellow) @ 12 Gold each = 96 Gold
8 Scarlet Ruby (Red) @ 40 Gold each = 320 Gold

Notes:
- Cut Rare Gems will sell for much more than the uncut gems (provided the right cuts are used)
- Gems don't always sell rapidly (although I have been selling the rare gems at a ridiculous rate lately)
- This does not account for listing fees on the Auction House
- This does not account for stacks of some materials being cheaper than the current stacks on the Auction House due to single & smaller amounts undercut significantly (IE - Stacks of Bloodstone are actually valued closer to 1.5 than 1.15)
- This is time consuming & sucks
- Titanium Powder is so overpriced right now, it makes Damaged Necklaces look like a good purchase

Crabmaster is around 423 ArP passively with a Mjolnir Runestone, but he's soft capped on Expertise gemming for it. It's a nice setup, I like it. I would like BiS DPS & tanking gear so I can play either.

DRW will gain buffs you have before casting it, but will not get things used after, i.e. Hysteria, potions, etc. Heart Strikes from DRW also are affected by its diseases, and the diseases will stay even after DRW has expired. For this reason it is proper to cast DRW before refreshing your diseases.

Your DRW checklist looks something like this, in order of importance.

    * 4 Death Runes
    * On use trinkets
    * Bloodlust
    * Hysteria
    * Empowered Rune Weapon
    * Potion of Speed


Hitting all of those criteria will maximize your DRWs DPS, very important to maximizing your own DPS.

Obviously you can't always meet every criteria, as some are out of your control. You always want to wait for Hysteria if you think the fight will last long enough to do so, and you especially have to make sure your diseases are up and death runes are ready. If you have on use trinkets, you want to be sure to use them before popping DRW as well. Rarely will you be able to use Empowered Rune Weapon twice in one fight.

I'm not a huge fan of waiting on trinket procs, like Greatness or Grim Toll/Mjolnir. I tend to take the approach that if they are up, awesome but if they are not I don't wait for them. If you "feel" like you are due for a proc, it might be worth waiting 1 or 2 CGDs, but I don't know that I would go much beyond that. This is especially true due to the fact that often times your DRW is part of a coordinated burst, like XT heart phase, and you dont want to be lagging behind waiting for a proc.

That being said, if it is a long fairly straighforward fight like Ignis with no real burst phase requirement, I would probably wait to try to maximize my DPS.

A) Check out oUF_Viv
or
B) Redesign UI from the ground up (Pitbull, Bartender or Dominoes, Satrina's Buff Frames, perhaps Grid). Make it cleaner than it currently is (Recount does not need to be showing at all, consider going back to a smaller, cleaner Threat Meter)
