how serious are they about raiding

do they care if you miss a lot / leave early

don't care that much
i miss like 1 raid a week and still get auto invite for 25 mans if im online
but like any other guild takes a few weeks for them yo like you

idk the only person i know with really is pandah, who is a pvp legend

theres one hunter in the 10m named bustaload but he isnt that good
