RECRUITMENT
Currently IRON runs 3 raid groups, the strongest of which clears all content. Many top guilds have begun to move to this sort of design because it ensures flexibility and a much higher influx of gear. Due to this structure, we are able to support a much larger roster than most guilds. The extra raids also allow us to more easily try out new members, so we encourage players of any class and spec to apply and prove to us they deserve to be here.
