which one is more accurate in terms of keeping a good pysique
i know sit up are better, but more crunches are the same
like 20 crunches = 10 sit ups or something

should i do double maybe triple the crunches or stick with the sit ups

If done correctly, sit ups won't hurt your back.
Where the fuck did you get the 20=10 bull shit?

Sit ups and crunches work your hip flexors and obliques.

There is no ratio...
That's like saying 10 leg presses = 15 squats, it's 2 differnet excerises.
Use your 6' 3'' 180 pound head.
