It depends on what your diet calls for.

I am currently eating one egg + one piece of wheat toast + 8 oz milk.

It takes me about 10 minutes to cook & eat.

Good luck building anything with that few calories.
muscletech anything is lol, dont waste your money.
1700 is way to low unless you're like 130 pounds, then you dont even need to be cutting.
Cardio post is n1.

not telling you how to do your job, but just loling at someone is not helping them very much.

then what do u advise on doing if i'm trying to cut weight and gain muscle.

i'm currently 5 9 189 trying to get to 175 by march 16th ( spring break ).

while doing this i want to be adding muscle.

let me add that i live in a dorm/ have a college meal plan.

however the college meal plan is easy to diet with, the college surprisingly has a lot of diet options

im not trying to be a body builder, but i have been in damn good shape before and i know i can get there again.

what do u advise¿

How am I not helping you?

What's your email I'll send you an ebook for calorie ranges and bull shit.

As far as being a body builder or not, i understand, however I can advise you how to loose weight like a normal person. ;)
i can also suggest ways to speed it up, but it costs money to order it, not the advice.

not directly, but when your body turns them into fat because it has no use for it at the moment, you get fat.
