so whats the deal with doing cardio and working out when u wanna build muscle..

a 5 min warm up on the rower then 5-10 minutes on bike after arm workout ok?
and for leg workout i do 10 minutes on the arc trainer

and i run some nights..

Let me know what you suggest.. but haven't as of late as i thought it would be better to skip it to build muscle.

Doing cardio if you want to build muscle keeps your fat down, and also is amazing for your heart and general health.
I personally don't do any cardio pre work out, but that'd be fine.
I only do mine post, 10 mins on the cycle, 6 days a week. Never on leg days.
I hate running, bad on your knees.
I use to think that, but it's not. You wont get as gased when you work out if you got better cardiovascular health.
