Okay iv recently cut down my gym per week to 3 times from 5 due to sports commitments

Im currently still having a shake in the morning everyday aswell as my breakfast which is wholegrain cereal with yogurt and peaches and on the days i go to the gym i have one after workout aswell..

Is this to much having one in the morning when i wake up on days i don't go to the gym? thanks :)

Protein...should be with every meal. If you mean whey protein..it's up to you. The best times would be morning, and immediately after work out. Same with creatine, I take it when I get up, and right after workout.
I dont really use whey often. I got like 5 pounds left that I just use after work outs so I wont waste it. Once that's used it, I wont be buying more(Because of the LBAs)

bbq it dosent matter when the hell you eat the protein holy shit
its no science to it, just lift every other day and eat REAL food, no junk

simple as that, you dont need a special diet to lose weight
