I challenge you to fat loss challenge.
You are heads & shoulders ahead of me in your program, and I salute you to that.
But I think I can make the biggest transformation on this forum son.

100 pushups and 200 situps
weekly
?
sounds way too easy man
maybe you wanted to say daily?
you could do it during the day in 4 or 5 sets

no no no, gets you started and in the end able to do 100 pushups in one set
my first day starts tomorrow and sets are as follows
1. 6
2. 6
3. 4
4. 4
5. 5+
I could only do 6 pushups in the initial test (tells me that I'm just horrible) and 60 seconds rest between sets.

I'm hoping I can at the end of the 6+ Weeks of doing this.
and no shame in repeating a week of them if i can't move up. just makes that weeks stuff a bit easier and will hopefully allow me to move up.
doing small weights right now + all this cardio and losing weight every day should make this a bit easier as well.
its good motivation for me since im losing like a lb a day eating my ass off and doing cardio i like

a # a day is unhealthy, espically if you've been doing it for so long...if you lost it that fast you're likely to put it back on.
