I'm eating GREAT, small portions, following your if you cant kill it pick it or w/e it dont eat it (basically no carbs).

im not drinking pop, im not smoking pot, not smoking cigarettes, playing rugby now, i have played basketball everyday since being at college when over the summer i dont think i did one physichal thing.

I am also taking those diet pills i bought from you a while ago, and most importantly im not eating late at night before i go to bed.

If i cant lose and keep off 16 lbs in 3 months, I'm a fucking loser.

You're right..I eat about 1 hour before bed..hell if I could I'd eat 5 mins before bed..but your before bed meal should be mostly protein..cottage cheese..no to low carbs(trace carbs) and trace fat

i was eating 3 meals a day than late at night eating another meal, its just wasted calories so yes it is bad.

and it is a lot better than coffee, i dont even need coffee when im on this shit.

it makes me thristier than a motherfucker though, but i drink a lot of water on it.
