I don't have a wieght issue, but I have a body fat proportional issue.

I weight about 155lbs, I'm 21, and I'm 5' 6".

The problem is that my stomach and my thighs are fat, so all my body fat is going to those two areas and nowhere else.

Is there anything I can do to help the fat distribute evenly?

no, spot removal is a myth. A good diet+exercise program is what you need.


Well, I run 3 miles every other day, and the days I don't run I go to the gym.

I'm thinking I might need an exercise to focus more on those areas, I already do sit-ups but they seem to be getting me nowhere.

sounds very strange, what you describing and your stats can be only explained that you are in bad shape/condition, because your weight is low, but you have "love handles" can be only explained this way

or you have some bad genes and in this case there is not really much you can do

Yeah some people just collect fat in some areas even when they are in great shape, makes harder but not impossible.Most likely your diet is suspect if you run/lift every day.

Sit ups don't do anything for weight loss.
Pioy, the only way to remove fat, is it diet..you can't pick where to remove it.
