K, i'm not overweight, but I definitely don't eat as healthy as I should

I also smoke way too much pot, and I still smoke cigarettes.

So i'm trying to make a plan to myself.

I need to:
Quit Smoking Cigs
Start attending the Gym at least 3 times a week for an hour and a half minimum
Cut down on my marijuana intake
Sustain a diet for myself (so I can keep my figure, no homo)
Make this a daily routine so I can be even sexier by the summer.


A lot of this is due to the fact that the person who is my current infatuation only likes non smokers who are pretty well defined (i'm defined, but I can be more defined)

Along with this, I need to set up practice routines for my instrument, and daily library time to ensure that I do well in lollege.

no need to be in the gym for an hour and half imo.

I can get a thorough workout in 45 minutes sometimes if i'm not doing cardio.

editing this to say more:

good luck, i quit cigs basically i have had one and a couple drags in the past month and i feel a lot better then before.

come to bport sometime

Well smoking is a mental thing, just requires willpower to quit. Same with pot really imo...

And you dont need to spend long amounts of time at the gym to get benefits, just need to make the time you do spend worthwhile and not sitting around just trying to get better by osmosis

1. too much gym time. Unless you're doing something like yoga on that day, cut that time in almost half (if not half).

2. MOAR PROTIEN

3. Anyone can be defined if they weight 20 lbs. You can't cut bone. Work on putting on good clean weight.

4. You're like mega young, right? Do some Rippetoe and drink a gallon of fucking milk a day for the next six months to nine months (maybe longer), then worry about changing shit up.

what you eat determines about 50% of the productivity of your workouts. that's a tip to help you get in shape faster. GL with this, getting good at fitness is mostly about consistency and effort--a lot of discipline.

also, don't get down on yourself if you don't meet a goal or if you fall off the track a little. think positively about yourself. your attitude toward yourself is a huge part of the battle.
