So i'm trying to make a plan to myself.
I need to:
Quit Smoking Cigs
Start attending the Gym at least 3 times a week for an hour and a half minimum
Cut down on my marijuana intake
Sustain a diet for myself (so I can keep my figure, no homo)
Make this a daily routine so I can be even sexier by the summer.
A lot of this is due to the fact that the person who is my current infatuation only likes non smokers who are pretty well defined (i'm defined, but I can be more defined)
Along with this, I need to set up practice routines for my instrument, and daily library time to ensure that I do well in lollege.

1. too much gym time. Unless you're doing something like yoga on that day, cut that time in almost half (if not half).
2. MOAR PROTIEN
3. Anyone can be defined if they weight 20 lbs. You can't cut bone. Work on putting on good clean weight.
4. You're like mega young, right? Do some Rippetoe and drink a gallon of fucking milk a day for the next six months to nine months (maybe longer), then worry about changing shit up.
