And I am still not sold on the CLA shit, seems it would be better to just get ephedra or something similar...and do you have any links to products with CLA in it? I am really lazy and I mean I might give it a try but donno

Wife loves Stimerex-es. Kinda pricey imho, but works. Are you afraid of going to Walgreens? It's cheaper and you know exactly what you're getting if you do it that way. Just add your own caffeine and asprin to it, and you have your own stack.

Are you going to run a constant stack, or just use this as a pre-workout stim? Have you ever had experience with ephedra before? I believe most advocate a 25/200/83-100 stack (Eph/Caff/asprin) Baby asprin is chewable and easier to manage the dosage, so I'd go with that.

Pretty sure box is a 60 count. (25mg per pill, so 1.5g total). I think federal law states no more than 3.6g can be purchased either at one time or monthly. (Thanks, Meth addicts).

Some places seem to only carry the 24 boxes now, but that just means you have to go back more often.

If you've never done an eca stack before, I recommend trying half the dosage first and seeing how you react. (As either a pre-workout supp or using for weightloss).

Using for weightloss I'd say 2x a day would be fine. Try and time it so it doesn't affect your sleep patterns.

Would be constant thing for prolly 4-8 weeks depending and see what goes on. Most likely would take upon wakeup, then 4-6 hours later

I fail so hard at these...I know it's a technique and form issue (which I'm working on) but it's frustrating. Just like I can't stand my bench.

Maybe I'll just do all squat workouts from now on.

Squats tomorrow then off until august 2nd from lifting due to work. Will probably just do pushups and situps on the off week since I will be standing around all day outside at the races.

Has anyone ever had a pain in like the middle right portion of your head towards the end of cardio? Its not like a constand pain but maybe more like a throb/ache that only shows up at the end then goes away after like 15-30 mins

I haven't, but I do have a headache right now which pisses me off.

As for your off week. Make it an off week. NN worry about situps or push ups. You've been hitting it hard, and consistently for a while. The off week will leave you recharged and stronger than ever if you do it right.

Started my off week early, headache or something started bugging me last night and has been going on and off since so decided that lifting today would only aggravate the situation and want to get better not worse.

Hoping to not gain any weight while off for a week and possibly not eating super while working...might get some protein bar's to have for lunch/snack while working instead of shitty greasy food from the track along with gallons of water to drink

Totaled my parents suburban when the front right wheel bearing broke and I went into the side of the road

Went to dr today for the brain pain that returned which is surely a result of lifting since my week off I had no pain, chest has been a bitch lately but had a CT scan and chest xray today and they are supposedly normal. If the dr's can't find shit imma keep lifting till whatever the problem is becomes so that they can figure it out

Ok stage 1 of my self diagnosis is that it is not lifting that causes head pain but just cardio since no cardio today but busted my balls lifting and no head pain, will do cardio monday to confirm

Are you doing leg presses on a machine or one you load yourself? I have no clue how much the ones you self load weigh before you put anything on them...

Are you doing leg presses on a machine or one you load yourself? I have no clue how much the ones you self load weigh before you put anything on them...


Leg press machine that you don't put plates on since the one you load with plates the place you put your feet rotates on the down motion which is pretty retarded

Ok stage 1 of my self diagnosis is that it is not lifting that causes head pain but just cardio since no cardio today but busted my balls lifting and no head pain, will do cardio monday to confirm

:donno: the one I use my feet don't rotate. Either ours is different, or I'm just built weird.

Oh yeah I won't have any new pics till next month most likely, and if I fail on squats this week I will be resetting squats after next deload week since this week is 3's I might try to push through the 531 week but proalbey will be resetting

Didn't get any head pain from the biking (HR between 140-155) so thursday I will try to keep my HR around 160 to see if it happens...I want to figure out what this is since it only happens towards the end of cardio at leat when doing interval eliptical work, assuming its related to HR and BP somehow but not sure

Bp issues can cause really bad headaches, boss gets them all the time.

When is the last time you had your bp tested?

When I was @ the DR last thursday about 1 hour after lifting it was 120/80 so maybe I need a way to check it while doing the cardio or close to it...and I'm not sure I would label them headaches since its acute pain in the middle of the head and dissipates shortly after stopping cardio. Its not like any headache I've ever had, closest I could say is the worst brainfreeze ever from a slurpee but I'm not even sure that's a good way to describe it
