Well not going to be drinking nearly as much and without a job atm I have a ton of time.

First things first is to actually accomplish some running goals again but its been 10 weeks and I will suck at it.

running is awesome. when i first started to run last summer i went for 2 miles at a time and almost puked each time. after about 2 weeks you get used to it. make sure you take a couple days off in the beginning or you can get shin splints or other injuries

M/W/F:
3 sets of pushups
3 sets of curls
3 sets of triceps
3 sets of sit ups
Run min 1 mile

T/Th/Sa/Su
Run min of 2 miles

Didnt run today because I was getting paid to load a 26 ft long Uhaul for a friend that is moving.

Grabbed an iron gym though so t4t pullups

No worries. I scarfed down a Meatball Sub w/cheese and had a Mt. Dew tonight for dinner. Wife is out of town and I was piss tired when I got home so I ordered subs for me and Mikey.

I'll punish myself extra in the gym tomorrow.

Also ordered more Animal Pak and creatine tonight from dps nutrition. Getting way too low on both.

Don't be afraid to vary it up since it's your primary way of training atm. Do regular pull ups, reverse chins etc.
