Saw this the other day, thought of giving it a try with swapping running/swimming out and dips in. I'm a lightweight, no point burning calories running. Thoughts?

Running and swimming is not a matter of burning calories while it will. It is mostly an endurance matter and stamina...and if you are going to take those out you might as well just do other stuff since it sounds like you are just trying to get jacked/cut

you are stupid, the whole point of this is endurance, and running/swimming is all of this
