This will be very informal, basically ill post my shit here to keep an internet record of the pussy ass lifts i attempt to do every day.

5 days a week.

monday: legs
tues: chest
wens: back
thurs: shoulders
friday: arms

currently taking a multi vit, fish oil pills every morning

taking jack3d 20min b4 lifts.

taking 60g of protein, 600cal whey protein, forgot the name but i bought a 10lb bag its legit stuff.

eating well, only drinking skim milk and water and the occasional 8-15 beers on the weekend nights.

Monday: Reason: Pussied out, took to much adderol and drank to much coffee in the library,stayed in lib all night.
