Last Cigarette : Jan 31
Last Soda/Carbonated Beverage : Feb 12

I was back up to 15-20 cigarettes a day and probably 1-2 energy drinks + 2-3 20 oz bottles of soda.

Don't know what urked me to start this but has gone successfully. I feel better all around without caffeine and that amount of sugar.

Water tastes delicious now. Typically drinking 4-8 20oz a day of water. Trying to get back into actively walking until I can handle longer jogs

I stopped drinking heavily quite a while ago. Typically about a 6 pack a month, and maybe 1 drink a month.

no bike at the apt

I actually stopped drinking soda for about a year and a half by drinking diluted gatorade and powerade for a few weeks then drank nothing but water and milk and juice sometimes.

Worked out well for me.

Sports drinks have more sugar than most pops.

Water, natural juices, tea/coffee etc

nah, powerade has ~28g sugar in a 20oz bottle compared to 65g for coke

Yeah, you should always dilute sports drinks.

no carbonated beverages at all.

primarily drinking water, some of those crystal light packets for work since our water fountain water tastes god awful and refilling same bottles 4-5 times at work so have to.

I only have Gatorades when going out actively playing golf/disc golf/exercising. Still almost primarily water.
