Where can I build up my attack and hit points?

Their only lvl 5 and 10.

Got my woodcutting to 62.

'Combat Styles' tab -> top left option for Attack XP
Each point of damage you do will give you 4 attack xp + 1.33 hp xp

Get a steel weapon, I use a battle axe (if you need one let me know)
You don't really need armor for this

I recommend killing chickens and banking the raw chicken + feathers, or killing cows and banking the cowhides, and burying the bones of whatever you kill.
raw chicken is used in summoning (members only) so it can sell for a reasonable amount on the GE
cowhides are used in crafting, you can get them tanned in Al-Kharid and turn them into leather armor (which is pretty much worthless, but you can make better things with higher level crafting)

Both of them can be found east of Lumbridge, across the river and north a bit on farms.

get members, get slayer tasks from the guy in burthorpe, he has you kill cows and chickens, so as you level slayer you get all the other goods
