i would buy mats for 200 more extreme attack + strength (because you will use them slaying anyway)

and have some range pots / grenwall spikes on hand to fill in holes that might come up from lack of exact experience rates

you will need to make the extra extremes, you will be 100k experience short of 95

the order is
strength
defense
magic
range
attack
prayer
+200 attack/strength
overloads

you should end up about 10% into level 97

and i say have mats ready for extra extreme ranging for a few reasons

1. you will want to have some for various ranging where you wont be using overloads like tds/arma
2. they are quick to make if you are falling behind in exp for each multiplier
3. they give a lot of experience

alternatively, you can do brews or something tradeable

scratch that, just re-calc'd things

you will need to make those extra extreme range pots / up to 350 sara brews

you should be hitting overloads with a 1.7 modifier, depending on the speed you make those at, you might or might not go into 1.5 before you finish

you should be coming out around 200k short of 97
