hey, have you done the 'shield of arrav' quest?
because I have a friend on f2p as well and that's one of his only quests left and to do that quest you need a quest-buddy

when you get 35 smithing, i will buy you mats to smith some cannonballs for me

its not bad exp for low levels, its super afkable (because its slow), and it should be some nice trade limit profit
