Quest items to keep/which have practical uses after quests + which to throw away

vouch have some items in bank that appear to be useless but donno. have a black gem, e.g..

Dorgesh-kaan sphere teleports you there
Glarial's amulet allows you to enter the Waterfall dungeon for Fire Giant tasks
Monkey greegree allows you to do stuff on Ape Atoll
Top of sceptre makes the Barbarian village sceptre
