Yeah, like 167k the other day alone. Was having trouble setting a good buy/sell point on them, so I switched over to using clean lantandymes and oak planks. Clean lantandymes are ftw imho. Making 500k-800k+ per flip (depending on my patience, made over a million on my first flip, but took a little over a full day). Getting 180k-250k per flip on Oak Planks.


really does not matter what you flip as long as you flip and make the $$$

Oh, I know. Just saying price point wise I was having issues with pl8's atm. Trying to build up a list of things that work for me so I can go back and forth, now that I'm flipping on a daily basis.
