This guide is for figuring out prices for an item you want to flip. Do NOT scan through this and just read a few lines from here and the bottom. First thing you should do before you decide you want to flip is have no less than 100M. You can do it with <100M, but when you flip with a few mil and make 50K, its not worth your time.

There are two ways to find out your prices. You can play the sit and wait game which is usually used if you have some time to test the prices. The other method is buying a "tester". A tester is buying an item at max price and figuring out the buy and sell price for that item.

The sit and wait game can basically be summed up as putting in a low offer and upping it by a SMALL amount every 10-15 minutes until you get the desired item. For BGS, 50K is usually a good amount while something low like dragon bones you might want to only go up by 20-25.

The "tester" method is buying an item for max trade price and seeing what you bought it for and determining your buy and sell price from that. Lets say you buy a BGS at max price for 20M. What you would do next is buy another 9 (if its a 4 hour flip) at anywhere from 200k-500k under that price. You may have to play the sit and wait game, but it will be worth it.

In conclusion, I like both methods for flipping. When I am low on time and have to run somewhere, I will offer max for an item and get a tester and throw in my offers. When I have more time to wait for an item and get a good price, then I will play the sit and wait game.

While listening to this (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e2Xs-pzRyi8&feature=related) before going to class, I want to set some shit up in the long run.

98's : sunday before I turn in rocks
400M stack : june 15th or so
50 dung : 2-3 weeks of tears
99's : end of july sometime
500M : end of july sometime

After that shit is finally done, I might buy a buyable (most crafting or smithing). If I do buy smithing though, I will need to get 99 summoning for the epic column of 99's.

After that is done, dung dung dung.

my overnight sell offer was 37944k (less than half the spread you claimed), 0/10 sold
sold a min tester for 37750k
this means you cant even spread this item for 200k
